A Simple Application Process

Firstly, you must view the property you are interested in. Once you have viewed, and have decided you want to make an application to rent the property, you will need to complete our application process and fulfil our criteria.

In order to do this, you will be referenced by a third party referencing company. Initially, we will have a conversation with you, in regards to your suitability, and if we see no obvious obstacles we will email you a link to your online application.

During the referencing process, the referencing company will contact you directly if they require any further information. If you have any queries throughout this process please contact them directly.

Once you have been approved by the referencing company, we will contact you to arrange a move in date.
